Internet, this week was absolutely FULL to the brim of love, laughter, and fun. I cannot believe its only been a week that all of this goodness has been crammed into! But first, can I just say how pleased I am that the floodgates have opened and it is pouring in Radford?? Seriously, perfect fall weather on Sunday and Monday and then Tuesday hit with 90 degree temperatures. Summer, go home already. I’m ready to live in leggings and thrift store sweaters again! Aka what I like to refer to as Harry Potter weather…please tell me I’m not the only one who sees peacoats and hot drinks and sweaters and studying on college campuses and immediately drifts off to Hogwarts via my brain…

Okay ready, set, ….life explosion!

• I had the privilege of doing both an engagement and anniversary shoot this week that made me fall in love with love even more! David and I spent time sprinting around Blacksburg chasing light and taking in the beautiful sunrise at Claytor Lake with some stunning couples. 
• Waking up for a sunrise session and then immediately second shooting a wedding is not preferable for ones sanity…I got home, totally exhausted but full of light, and decided that I loved life so much that I STILL wanted to hang out with people instead of sleeping in my cozy bed.
• I am now paying for this lack of sleep this morning…my eye is twitching and David is asleep on the couch in the middle of the day.
• We bought our puggle Layla a hot dog costume for Halloween. Yep, we’re those people. bonus: she looks hilarious.
