I feel like most couples have something that really sticks out about them. Maybe they are really stylish dressers or super spontaneous. Well, Paul and Kristen have a something: and to me, it has always been that they are REALLY good friends. Seriously, they are just friends and can joke together, laugh together, and play games together. It is really cool to see because a great friendship is what marriage is all about. Paul and Kristen are a couple that’s been in our community for quite sometime now, but we only really started to get to know them this summer playing card games late into the night. David and I LOVE games and love that they love games too! And we have been so thankful to be around them more because like I said, they are just really fun.

So, last Friday evening when we got together for portraits they both warned me that they are not cuddly in front of people and aren’t big on PDA and were nervous about their pictures. Let me tell you! It was so fun to see this other side of Paul and Kristen where they were still joking around and being ridiculous and laughing but were also being sweet to each other. It made me super excited to see where the Lord is going to take their relationship. Also…Paul cracks me up because I can never tell if he is being serious…so I spent a lot of time laughing in confusion because Paul also never clarified if he was being serious or not. Love it.
