Eek! Sorry for the lateish post this afternoon! I am running a bit behind today due to being sick :/ I am such a baby about getting sick, even though it is not often, but luckily I felt wonderously healthy for an engagement shoot yesterday! Either adrenaline or young love seemed to cure me temporarily! Also, the reason this post is coming so late is due to the fact that it took me FOREVER to pick some previews because the couple is legitimately gorgeousss.
This last week has been so, so long. It feels like time is moving slower now that the holidays are inching closer. I seem to have caught the same bug as all of our college students and am counting down until we get a short break! Welp here it is, depth of feels:
- Winter has hit Radford…hard! Seriously, last week I put on a cute lace top and cardigan with some skinny jeans and flats and first was super proud of myself for my outfit choice, and second walked outside and promptly decided that sweater weather was upon us and it was time to change.
- I am obsessed with our tree in our backyard, it’s leaves are crazy pretty and let in sunlight in this mindblowing way. But alas, the wind of the NRV killed them ALL! Not one leafy green left :/
- How did it take me so long to get into watching Parks and Rec?!
- I love when future grooms get into having their pictures taken. Brian, the future groom from yesterday proudly announced he’d been practicing his “smolder.” And let me tell you…he nailed it.
- I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT NEVILLE’S ARRIVAL! Two days people! I am gonna bombard social media with that little furball…so watch out :]
- My best friend, who sadly lives in Raleigh too far away, is meeting us in North Carolina to pick up our puppy! I think I am just as excited about friend time as I am puppy time!
- As usual, I have grand plans for my Halloween costume, but have procrastinated big time. Do you all know what you’re being yet? Or are you like me, with your crafting eyes way bigger than time allows?
And as usual, a preview of a New River Valley engagement session. I cannot wait to introduce you to one of my 2014 couples so soon!
