Holidays are so fun. David and I have a ton of family all over Virginia and every holiday we make the full rounds from Radford to Norfolk to Fairfax and then back. Seriously, it is chaos! And it was even crazier this year with the addition of our little psycho dog. But, it was a perfect week off. We got to spend quality time with almost all of our family and almost all of our out of town friends too! I was a little sad heading home on Monday just because it had been so much fun.
I tend to tote my camera around everywhere on holidays because I’m seeing people I don’t see very often. This last week was a little different. As I scrolled through all of my iPhone images and through my memory cards I realized that almost everything was of my dogs and of my sister and David. But I’m gonna give you all a little peek into my break anyways, starting with when we arrived in Northern Virginia.
Thanksgiving Part 2…heading to my dad’s family!
Thanksgiving Part 3…heading to my mom’s side of the family and playing with Neville all day long.
Neville had so many hands on him all day long :]
Our annual walk right before dinner on Thanksgiving and some of my cousins.
We had a lion king moment…
Ahhhh, best part of thanksgiving is my grandma’s mashed potatoes!
And you know, of course arm wrestling was involved.
I like that you can tell how I really feel about Neville in this one :]
And Kelsey and I had a goal for the break that we would get a picture of all four dogs lined up by size….nope. Impossible.
Alright and now my journeys in iPhonetography. Part 1…moments we were obsessed with our dogs.
Next: moments that my Dad and my sister were best friends.
Wouldn’t be a day in my life without David pretending or really being asleep.
Us being weird, and David getting his butt kicked at chess by my Uncle Kevin…yeah that King is his last piece.
And if you read depth of feels on Monday…you know why my dad is imitating Miley.
My dad is the best. this is 12am on Black Friday!
Sensory overload in Forever 21.
Ahhhhh…many, many puppies and 9 days later, we are finally home and excited to go back around Christmas!
