Internet dwellers, it is officially the last week of school before finals. And that means TRANSITION! Ah big scary word, but this second year of ministry at Radford is coming to a close and I cannot BELIEVE it’s been two years of this. The Lord has done so much. So much has changed, happened, grown. Wow. Crazy Crazy Crazy. With a capital C because seriously it’s been an adventure. This week is full of spending time with young women that I LOVE and for the most part have only been brought into my life in the last two years. Somehow I’ve gotten the privilege of being in their lives and even MORE the privilege of getting to see what God is doing in them and even being a part of that. And of course, the privilege of getting to love them all. I’ve said it a million times and I’ll say it a million more, I’ve got the best jobs in the world.
So yes, I’m finishing up a school year which is sad, but I’m starting up the wedding season with is EXCITING. I get to transition from loving my small group and disciples well to loving my clients well. That is my prayer and hope going into the summer…that I would love well at any cost, even when it is hard. Especially!! when it is hard.
Okay, enough of the sap, let’s get onto the feels… (aka more sap really)
A way I’ve been lucky to wrap up the year is sending out two senior women I’ve been discipling for years. Last night we had a blast doing their senior session. Coming later this week :] Aren’t they beautiful?
