I’m writing to you from lovely Atlantic City :] This life is such a whirlwind right now and as much as I love my own bed, I love this change of pace. It is as if life is moving in slow motion right now. There is no routine and there is no normal and I’m just trying to enjoy it while I can.

As far as normal goes, this week was a little bit more so. We were home from Sunday evening to Friday and that is some type of record for this summer! We got to celebrate David’s birthday with the NBA and icee pops. I also baked him a belated birthday cake which proved that I am so incredibly excited to move into a house with a dishwasher. Yay for kitchen appliances!

• It is a rare thing to find someone you can spend 15 plus hours with and still have fun. I have infinite love for Abby who I’m interning with this summer. Not only will she belt out Frozen with you, but she’ll gangsta rap in your face and look fabulous while doing it. I’m trying to decide if I’ve stored enough secrets about her to compile a blog post :]
• Kelsey and I went to Honfest in Baltimore with my Dad yesterday for Father’s Day. Most unique Father’s Day surrounded by Beehive haired women ever.
• Legitimately the worst/best roadtrip of my life yesterday. My sister and I were driving to Atlantic City and got so lost. 495N got closed off and we got pushed off to a detour which directed us in complete circles. We came to the same closed off exit THREE times before we decided we needed to stop for donuts and then hit the exit for a fourth time. We were doomed.
• Did I mention we laughed the entire time? Yep. No one else I’d rather get lost with. That’s why our mini vacay is hashtagged #kkgigglefest2k14
• Okay enough about my sister already…but also…she honked at some random kids who were trying to get trucks to honk at them and then they started running toward us. AHH!
• Working from a cabana poolside is better than working from my attic office. :]
• The posters here are advertising Pool Parties with Drake Bell and Ashley Parker Angel and Frankie Munez….my early 2000’s heart is singing.

I cannot WAIT to share this wedding on Wednesday! Cary and Jonathan are the sweetest!
