In the midst of our crazy life, on a balmy Friday evening, Sonny and Kathy were married. Now this is exciting for several reasons, one being that Sonny is David’s DAD! And two being that Kathy, who is altogether fabulous, is now a part of our family.
It’s so different to be connected to a bride and groom in this way. The nervousness beforehand and the rehearsal jitters are so much sweeter because it is your family. David and I live five hours away now from Sonny and his new bride, but they’re a part of our lives! And we’re so excited that Kathy’s a permanent fixation in ours now.
It was a simple and sweet ceremony focused solely on Jesus at their local church, and it was perfect as Sonny and Kathy promised forever.
