It was an absolutely perfect July day. The clouds hung low in the sky, the breeze blew through the trees, and the rain fell sporadically, a constant reminder of God’s faithfulness. A love that spanned miles and states was finally, FINALLY coming together. No more goodbyes and no more Skype dates and no more nights a part.
As Stephanie stepped into her dress the chatter of excited women got louder and louder. And when the last button was buttoned the chatter grew to a dull wall of excited noise and abundant laughs. This was certainly a joyous occasion. Stephanie prayed to her Jesus with her friends right before going to see her groom with tears in her eyes. Full of thankfulness. In awe of sovereignty. The rain started to fall as we raced to Quin and Stephanie’s first look and we all took cover under the overhang of a quaint ice cream shop. Quin smiled with excitement as he heard his bride approaching and then all was right. They were in each others’ arms, never to be separated by distance again. After they shared their first ever kiss, they both let out huge laughs and their joy was complete.
The day was perfect from start to finish. Quin and Stephanie’s love was so evident throughout the day, not only for each other, but for Jesus. They laughed loud, danced big, and celebrated joyously all evening long. They pointed continuously back to their Savior and danced the night away together. Finally together.
Quin & Stephanie, it was such a privilege, an honor, and a blessing to be a part of your day. We love you both and cannot wait to cheer you on in your adventures in marriage.
Stephanie’s a graphic designer and these were just gorgeous!
So much joy and laughter! It was impossible not to squeal all day.
This is just so Stephanie.
This is slowly becoming my favorite part of the day, prayers and thankfulness.
First kiss ever! Yay!
so much love.
New favorite groomsmen picture. Love it!
I kinda like this a lot.
Oh and then Stephanie asked if we could take pictures in the flowers and SO MUCH YES!
MARRIED!
And then Stephanie’s lifelong dream of walking through a cloud of confetti came true.
Cutest little lopsided cake I’ve ever seen.
They are just made of cute.
And I’ve gotta say…then it got wild. What a good dance party!
This little lady stole the show.
And then the Hoedown Throwdown came on and it. was. perfection.
