Friends, this is one of those weeks that you just don’t want to leave behind. Maybe that’s why I’m blogging on Wednesday instead of Monday…more likely the reason was that I was too crazed being at A Practical Wedding Workshop this weekend to think to preblog :] Yep, I think that might be it.
In all seriousness, I loved this last week of life! I got to experience so much. It was one of those weeks that all of my favorite things were just jammed in together. It’s really nice being back in the swing of things with Cru, I think that I was craving routine and seeing students bustling around and having planned meetings through every day has really helped me to prioritize! Also, as much as I love my introverted self, I am so energized by having meaningful conversations! This week was all about catching up and connecting with people and it was so good for my soul. I also got to do a bridal shoot for my October wedding and it was such a joy.
Now this weekend was even better :] I headed home with my husband and my sister and we spent time with our fam and celebrated my grandma’s 81st birthday! She is just about the sassiest grandma I ever met and time with her is always perfect. Not to mention when we venture to a local firehouse to play bingo to celebrate…things got real. I also attended Abby Grace Photography’s workshop on Monday! I have a lot more to tell there, but I had a blast helping Abby for the day and learning and connecting with other photographers. See what I mean? Great week.
Now for some feels:
Cannot wait to share more from Monday’s workshop. Abby, you’re kinda really beautiful.
