Mr and Mrs Mason. It feels like it has been so much longer than a year. It all started last Fall when Joy noticed Luke across a crowded room. And Luke noticed Joy back and decided this was the one he was going to marry. Their wedding day was full of laughter, recounting the last year, the crazy string of events that led to forever together.
Their wedding day was a dream come true. Watching Joy plan the last couple months and then watching it all come to life was nothing short of surreal. We all kept saying that we couldn’t believe the day was finally here! The year long saga of Luke and Joy had felt SO short, but also seemed to stretch back so far that I still can’t believe they’re married! Little snippets of the day stick out. From the way that Luke looked as his bride walked down the aisle. The way that Joy giggled as she referenced coffee, an ode back to their first date, in her vows. And especially the way they toasted their family and friends and the weird little town called Radford, where they’d found a home.
It was a little bit like a fairytale day. So without further adieu, Mr and Mrs Mason.
Joy is kinda a purse girl :]
Because a groom needs his beard brush on the big day.
A precious first look with her father.
I may or may not have been crying into my camera.
Because family portraits is when you really realize you’re MARRIED!
Did I mention there were seven flowergirls? Joy’s kinda a baby whisperer.
Such gorgeous ladies.
And favorite for ever and ever.
Right before the epic proposal.
Because where else would you want your brother to get engaged?!
Our staff team :]
Oh you know…and sometimes you leave in a Cinderella carriage.
And live happily ever after.
