Last Saturday was such a special day for so many reasons. My dear friend Stephanie was married to the man of her dreams and a lot of our Radford friends were in one place to celebrate. It’s always a different type of wedding day for us when we know the bride and groom so well, as well as the bridal party! Everything’s a little more jokey and we all laugh a little easier. And those sentimental, me ugly crying into my camera, moments are only amplified by the fact that I know the couple! SO needless to say, I have an even harder time keeping it together.
And this Saturday, was jam packed of these moments. From watching the bridesmaids pray over Chris before he walked down the aisle, to Stephanie’s excited applause before their first kiss as husband and wife, it was just a good day. But I’ll save that for their blog post. This was also a special day because four of my couples were all in one place! All four of the girls pictured below are close and have been there for each other during the good and the bad…and to see them all there to celebrate Stephanie was SO fun.
It made me thankful 1. that we are lucky enough to be friends with all of them and 2. that they would continue to ask us to be a part of their wedding days! So of course, we had to commemorate this day with even more pictures.
After being a bridesmaid in two of the weddings of the ladies above, it was finally Stephanie’s turn!
I got to spend precious time with each of these ladies as they slipped on their stunning dresses, and as they realized it was really, really happening. They were getting married!
I got to see all four couples walk down the aisle just moments after becoming husband and wife.
And after Stephanie and Chris said “I do” I got to see all four of these magnificent couples walk down the aisle together again!
And we got to recreate this BFF picture.
I love them dearly. And I’m thankful they’re in our business world and our real world :]
Please excuse my hot mess sock bun-ness. 😉
