Chris and Stephanie were a special kind of excited for their wedding. Overjoyed. Most couples are happy, excited, nervous…but I’ve never seen someone so thrilled to become husband and wife! Chris played the part of the nervous groom, anxious and serious about the fact that he’d be meeting his bride at the end of the aisle in a few short hours. And Stephanie was celebrating every small step that the day took. From “I’m at my wedding venue!” to “I’m in my wedding dress!!!!” to “I’M MARRIED!!!!!” every part of the day was even better than the next for her.
The day unfolded beautifully and the Signature at West Neck was the perfect setting. Stephanie and her girls bustled around in the dressing room giggling over the fact that this long awaited day was finally here. And Chris and his boys lounged in the dining room and laughed loudly waiting for the wedding to start. Stephanie’s momma helped her into her stunning dress and Stephanie beamed as she stepped into it. And finally when it was time for their date at the end of the aisle, Chris was moved to tears as soon as the opening notes to an instrumental version of “A Whole New World” swelled, signaling his bride’s entrance.
As wonderful as the anticipation was for the ceremony, all was made perfect once Chris and Stephanie were in each other’s arms. They breathe easier there, laugh quicker, and smile more brightly. Their devotion and proclamation of Jesus with their lives is beautiful and has clearly been the center of their relationship from the very beginning. It was a gorgeous day from blue sky-ed start to sparkler filled finish.
Mr and Mrs Saraceni, David and I are so, so thankful to have been a part of the beginning of forever for you two. Thank you for loving Jesus first and for living out your love story for the world to see.
You better bet I LOVED all of the teal :]
An antique key that Chris gifted Stephanie.
And a watch for Chris from his bride, set to the time of their ceremony.
These two have the sweetest relationship.
Just the most beautiful group of ladies.
I loved this. Stephanie had the groomsmen pray over her before the ceremony. And Chris had the bridesmaids pray over him. Lots. of. tears.
Stephanie’s the cutest. So she clapped when they were pronounced husband and wife.
Good, good looking bridal party.
Finally portrait time at the beautiful Signature at West Neck.
Stephanie lights up in the arms of her groom. Every time.
More portraits at sunset 😀 They’re the best!
The prettiest ombre wedding cake.
Legitimately the craziest dance party I’ve ever experienced. Thanks to these big personalities and Astro Entertainment.
And they were off into the sparkler filled night.
