Friends, we MADE it! It’s pretty hard to believe after a full weekend of working on the site nonstop, but all the hard work has paid off. Because we’re liveeee! So thankful that all that Bonnie and I have been working on for two months is out there for you all to see!
Something that I’ve thought about a lot while working this weekend is the hype surrounding website launches or new things. And so much of what we did is simple and subtle, but I think that’s what the refined KPP brand is all about. I’m not here to reach the whole internet or even the whole industry…but I am here to be an honest voice for my blog readers and to have an avenue to share my clients’ love stories. And I think the new site is perfect for just that :]
The new KPP is all about storytelling and joy and authenticity. I believe in the messy, beautiful moments of ordinary life. Isn’t that what most of us are living? It’s in the quiet moments of cooking dinner together after a long day and sitting around the table with treasured friends that life really happens, and that’s the type of story that I want to tell for my clients. And I hope that’s the type of voice you’re wanting to hear more of here on the blog :]
I’ve got a lot more to say about the new brand and even so much more to share about the beauty that Bonnie designed for me, but I’m going to let my new web presence speak for itself today! If you know me, or if you’re a blog reader, you know by now that I’m a memory hoarder. I hold onto moments tight and often use photography to do so! But another tool that has been a constant in my life for several years now is journaling! I think journaling is an amazing tool to look back at our ordinary stories and see joy and even divine beauty, and it produces thankfulness and peace in my heart! So in honor of this, I’m giving away a little journaling kit to one of my dear blog readers :] It’ll include a floral journal (because pretty journals make you want to use them), a cozy mug, and some other fun KPP goodies. Basically all you need to snuggle up and scrawl out the epic, ordinary story that you’re living out.
