This Monday is a very sleepy one. There’s billions of heavy clouds and frosty air hanging around Radford and I’m feeling it big time. It could be the very full weekend, or it could be the human growing inside of me…but all I want this Monday is to take a nap :] So I’m working from the couch and binging the Office while I slowly work through my ever growing to do list :] And a little Neville curled up next to me, sleeping soundly. The only thing that would make this better would be ice cream…because obviously.

For some reason, October was the craziest. I hadn’t experienced a wedding industry busy type of October, but this month was all about powering through. The weeks have been moving very, very slowly. It seems impossible that it’s only been a month since Fall Retreat and two since the start of the school year. Although, we’re exhausted pretty often, we’re thankful to be fitting so much “good” into one season. And we’re also thoroughly looking forward to this upcoming weekend off :] It’s all about that balance, right?!

Time for some feels.

•  Saturday’s wedding started with the sweetest bride giving me a baby gift :] Annnnd I was already off and crying. Even before their unbelievably sweet vows.
• Trying to explain “I woke up like this” to my mom was probably the highlight of my weekend. I was laughing so hard my head hurt.
• Ikea might be my happy place. I could walk around there all DAY! It’s just so fun to be in a place that’s so organized and has so many solutions and is so cost effective! Just the best. Hopefully I’m not the only one with this irrational love.
• Also I consider it quite impressive that my mom and I zipped through the store in just an hour yesterday. We were on a mission!
• Finally started listening to the Serial podcast. Oh wow. So good.
• Last night, my friend Maddy said she thinks that crying over something let’s you know how important you think it is. After which David looked at me and said, “You must think a lot of things are important.” Thanks David. Thanks. #ijusthavealotoffeelings

Really, really so much good stuff coming to the blog. Including this Northern VA wedding!
