Happy November friends! Out with the spiderwebs and falling leaves and in with the holiday season! That’s right, it’s here. We’re officially headed into Thanksgiving and Christmas and strategic Target shopping. And the season where you never feel like you have enough time because it’s dark at 5pm. Just me? Okay.
This last weekend was our OFF weekend! Hooray! We were so thankful to have an October weekend to accomplish baby things and embrace a little bit of the fall weather. Even if all that meant was celebrating Halloween :] It’s crazy how rejuvenated you feel after not working for two days straight :] We just haven’t been able to be in that zone for awhile, so Saturday and Sunday were just all around excellent, even if they were full!
As you may have seen, we finally got to register for baby Phipps this weekend! YAY! It was SO fun and overwhelming and is just making it all the more real. He’s coming! In a little over 3 months đ And it’s going to fly by! There’s definitely some nervous excitement, but we’re having fun with the preparing. As you may have also seen, we celebrated Halloween! I really love celebrating every holiday, so even though we threw together haphazard costumes in about 10 minutes, it was fun to dress up and get cheap #booritos at Chipotle :] Not to mention stopping by the CRU students Halloween party…their costumes were ON POINT. Seriously. I wish you could see them all. For example, see Dobby below. And I promise I’ll explain the Pacman in the feels.
There’s me with some of my girls who dressed as Betty and Wilma. David enjoying being a wizard. And more costume confusion. Â And of course we stopped by our friends to witness some trick or treating action :]
This is what it looks like in our house on Mondays…I’m packing up client gifts, David’s getting all of his goof out during lunch time before he heads to work, and Neville is photobombing my carefully detailed instagrams.
Now for feels:
Ahhhh so many good things! This wedding hits the blog this week! đ
