Happy Monday! Today is bright and shiny in Radford and I’m really hoping that the expected rain stays away! I’ve got an engagement session to shoot that is going to be so beautiful, so cross your fingers with me, friends!
This last week was so full. Life is starting to feel normal and I love that. I spent a lot of time next to the quickly growing Olliebear. He’s had a definite growth spurt this week so he’s fitting into new clothes and a little bit more sturdy. Which means I’m toting him around everywhere. He seems to love being out and about and that’s when he really shows off. He’s so good and angelic when we’re out in public! Along with the Ollie adventures, we had another engagement session, and the big news, is that David took his comprehensive exams for grad school!
If you didn’t know, David’s in his last semester as an English graduate student and this weekend he had 48 hours to write a 16 page paper for his comps exams. Which meant working around the clock for him, and watching Ollie by myself for me. Thankfully, my BFF Elizabeth came into town, so I had some help and lots of laughs! And the best news is…David passed his exams! YAY! Which basically means he’s done with school! I mean there’s still four weeks left, but this was the last big thing! Can’t wait to have my husband back for good :]
Here’s some feels for your Monday.
SO so pumped to share more from this engagement session on the blog! Cherry Blossoms galore!
