My weeks are moving by so much faster now that they are so full! This summer meant slow mornings with lots of breaking to spend time watching Ollie be adorable. And it meant we were working from home all day every day. Now we’re back to juggling schedules and half our time with Cru and half of it working on business-y things. And it honestly feels like last Monday just happened.

In other news, this week was full. Lots of work time and lots of friend time :] And multiple trips to Target. So you can immediately count that as a win, right?! Ollie has entered full on babble mode/being a super fun baby, so all of our non work time is basically just enjoying how cool he is. He’s a little human now and sometimes it feels like he’s just a little prince that we serve full time. Especially when we push him around in his stroller and he’s grump facing at everyone we pass. He’s giggly and enjoyable in ways we never knew to expect. He’s also weirdly obsessed with spoons in a way we didn’t expect.

Also this was one of those weeks that we really needed to go to the grocery store, but just didn’t….sooooo there were quite a few meals spent out this weekend :] And going out to eat might be our favorite thing ever. Now for some feel-y feels.

• Last week, we had some friends babysit while we were on campus for some CRU stuff and they told us we could go on a short date after we finished up. And the only place we could think to go was Kroger. Ahhhh…we lead exciting lives, people.
• In case you were wondering if I’m still into Hamilton…the answer is absolutely. Upon listening to the full cast album for the millionth time, I teared up, and decided I need to read the biography it’s based on. That’s what life is like for a deep feeler, theatre lover, and book nerd.
• Yesterday was Neville’s 3rd birthday :] Just in case you don’t know, he’s our sometimes fluffy toy poodle! He didn’t get ice cream this year, buttttt he did manage to find some reese’s cups to celebrate with :/
• This Michael Scott quote about naps is my absolute favorite – “You know what eats a large amount of the day? Naps. You go to sleep it’s light out, you wake up it’s dark. That’s the whole day. Where did that day go? I have no idea.” And it also sums up what my free weekends look like.
• I really love taking photography education courses online! Lots of my favorite photogs are putting out educational material and sitting down to learn more about my craft always gets me excited!
