Dave and Maria first met at a work function and were drawn to the calm, reserved personality that they saw in the other. Soon after meeting, they went on their first date, embarking on an evening of talking over their favorite drinks and venturing around to some of their favorite spots. Needless to say, it did not take much more for them to know that there would be many, many more nights like this one to come. Just after being around Dave and Maria for five minutes, you can tell that they are truly themselves when they are with each other. Together they’ve become puppy parents, explored their home state (and favorite city ever, Baltimore) hand in hand, and built a life together. And when Dave dropped to one knee in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in LA? Well, that made it official! These two had a full life of loving each other ahead of them.
It was a chilly Baltimore afternoon when we met up in Federal Hill Park. Actually, chilly might be an understatement :] But, Dave and Maria were still all smiles as the wind whipped around them and they snuggled up nice and close. The wind and chill meant that we had a near empty park and a clear view of the Baltimore skyline as the sun set. Maria looked radiant in her sweet yellow dress and Dave was always handsomely grinning by her side. We laughed and exchanged stories and got to see what a perfect fit the two of them are for each other. It was just a sweet evening. And it made us even more excited that we only have to wait like six more weeks until their May wedding! It’s going to be right in the heart of Baltimore and SO much fun!
