Adam and Danielle are best friends! So in a lot of ways, their wedding day just felt like an extra special but still very normal day! Their families and the bridal party had the whole inn to themselves all weekend, their own little home away from home in the mountains. Danielle had so much nervous energy while she waited in the bridal suite – she kept trying to find things to do to pass the time until she would see Adam! Adam was perfectly himself around his friends, but he visibly relaxed when he met Danielle for the first look. They are complete when they’re together, so of course, they had to see each other pre ceremony. Danielle was a vision in her made-for-her dress and her bright eyes were sparkling even brighter than usual. They both were smiling ear to ear, joyful amongst their bridal party made of their friends and family, and even happier when it was just the two of them.
Their ceremony was so unique! Danielle walked several sets of stairs with her dad to make it down to Adam, and he just watched her intently the whole way down. A family member performed the ceremony, sharing little details of their story with the guests. There was even a portion where close family and friends shared advice and sentiment about marriage! It was so sweet! They walked back up the aisle with the best smiles and the contentedness of knowing that they were together forever. They planned the reception with their loved ones in mind. There was a little bit of everything – dancing, games, good food, delicious cupcakes, and so much time to connect with their favorite people. Everyone toasted Adam and Danielle’s endurance in doing several years of long distance and celebrated the fact that that season of their lives was officially over. Friends and family stayed late into the night, and Adam and Danielle accomplished their goal of throwing an amazing celebration for their guests!
Adam and Danielle, we’re so thankful to know you two! You’re both so thoughtful and kind and it was a privilege to get to be a part of this special time in your lives. We’re so flattered we got to be the ones capturing your day! So much love to you both!
