Hayden and Amanda are a self proclaimed Tinder-Ella story! And it all started in a local college bar in Harrisonburg where Amanda was sure to let me know that she’d told her friends where she’d gone that night :] They were drawn to each other right away and have been together for years since – each drawn to each other’s quiet confidence and fun loving personality. After some time they’d made themselves into a family and a home for each other with sweet doggos to call their own. All they needed was to make it official. Hayden asked Amanda to be his wife on a beach, surrounded by their friends on nearby boats! Somehow Amanda wasn’t the least bit suspicious when they were the only two from the group left on their little beach ;] And now, they’re getting married in October at their happy place – Bryce Resort on the very top of a mountain! It’ll be a beautiful celebration of their life together!
Hayden and Amanda have such a sweet presence together. You can tell that they are best friends. They’re distinctly themselves, but I’d venture a guess that they’re even more of themselves when they’re together :] They told me they weren’t a super affectionate or cuddly couple…but I saw the way Hayden rested against Amanda’s hair, cherished those cheek kisses, and held her hand just so. And I saw they way Amanda’s eyes crinkled with joy when he came in close and her delighted laugh when he’d surprise her with a tickle or a spin. These two are just the best together. They immediately felt like old friends! And they braved a cold, windy day with zero complaints! We visited their old stomping grounds in the way of downtown Harrisonburg and stole away for some mountain views to point forward to their mountain wedding!
Hayden and Amanda, thanks for such a lovely evening! We’re so, so excited for your fall wedding and know that it’s going to be SO epic and fun and adventurous – just like the two of you!
