I’m sure that when Neal threw a house warming party, he wasn’t assuming he’d meet his future wife. In the same way, I’m sure that when Jen begrudgingly agreed to attend a party where she knew almost no one…she didn’t expect to meet the man she’d share her life with. But thankfully, that’s exactly the hand that they were dealt! One of their first dates was a concert, which set the stage for a shared love of live music. Jen and Neal said that they were attending 1-2 concerts a month together before Covid hit! They are a seriously impressive couple who are united by a common love. So of course, their big day won’t be like any other! Instead of a reception, they’re throwing a concert for their family and friends!

We had the most perfect fall day for Neal and Jen. They’re so easy going and fun together that we spent so much of our time just listening to all of their stories and adventures. We learned about Neal’s affinity for kilts, the history of some of their favorite bands, and the backstory behind Jen’s last name! All the while, getting sweet little glimpse into the way they set each other at ease. They’re so very clearly best friends and life partners. Their ceremony will be a celebration of their full and fun life together and a party for all of their favorite people. And in a year without concerts, it’s going to be even more welcome!

Jen and Neal actually get married in just FOUR days! We’re so excited to capture their unique day!
