Kris was just a friend to Carrie. After all, she wasn’t exactly available when they met each other! They were just gym buddies and he ended up being there for her when she was going through something hard. But for him? No motive outside of wanting to be a good friend to Carrie. After some time passed, Carrie realized that if she could date anyone, any sweet guy out there, it’d be her friend Kris…and the rest is history 🙂 They’ve been more than best friends ever since!

This past spring, Carrie graduated and Kris knew exactly the way to make it special! Kris’s cousin Jessica (a 2020 KPP bride!!) did a graduation photo session for carrie and right in the middle of it…Kris dropped to one knee! And immediately, everyone was crying! Even Carrie’s parents were completely surprised to be there for the proposal! And now they’re getting married next year!!

I’ve been excited about these two since we first chatted on video…but after their esession? Even more so! They’re so fun and so warm and inviting! They’ve got the most tender and playful love and it’s a joy to be in this season of their lives! Hope you enjoy their beautiful fall engagement session!
