Boy meets girl in the halls of a small town high school. It’s a tale as old as time, and this time, it’s about the teachers! Cam and Nikki knew of each other growing up, but it wasn’t until they were teaching across the hall from each other at their former high school that they really connected. For a long time, they were just close friends who played pranks on each other with their students and gave each other a hard time. Their students even used to bug them about the two of them dating! A couple years into their friendship, the tides started to turn. After giving a commencement speech together and a slew of grad parties, they both affirmed that they liked where this was heading.
A couple years later, on the anniversary of when they moved in together, Cam was really to pop the question! He set the whole scene – flowers, a camera, and the whole deal! He sent Nikki to get ready, knowing just how long that normally takes and surprise of all surprises, she was ready 10 minutes early, throwing off his whole plan! Even through the unexpectedness, Nikki proclaimed it was imperfectly them! Next summer they’ll tie the knot and officially start their lives together!
It was so fun to spend this time with Cam and Nikki. They kept us laughing constantly and have such a fun energy between the two of them. It was especially sweet to follow them through the high school where it all began. Can’t wait for next year!
