Picture this. Pouring rain on a Wednesday evening. Cloudy skies but absolutely beautiful at the same time. Expensive rented equipment, but me absolutely terrified of getting it wet. My super dapper looking friends dressed up, Becca with her hair curled. But alas, it was pouring, what could we do? …but like pure crazy people, we decided to go out and shoot anyways. Now picture this…Matt and Becca at a Radford Bus Stop, surrounded by bright red RU Transit buses. Me shooting out in the rain yelling directions through the storm and David holding an umbrella over me.
Matt and Becca are my sweet and daring friends who decided it was totally normal and acceptable to go out and model in the middle of a storm. Not only did they roll with the punches and the rain, but they climbed a train car, stopped to pose in front of a moving train, and had an absolute blast doing so! Seriously, I couldn’t have dreamed for two better people to photograph on a rainy day like that! They are both really beautiful people, with beautiful hearts to love people and serve the Lord. They’re always a joy to be around and obviously easy to photograph :]
Thank you both from the bottom of my heart for being crazy and spontaneous! Hope you enjoy this rainy downtown Radford session :]
Bus stops apparently make for the best lighting :]
