Friend, this family is ridiculously awesome. At this point, if you’re caught up on the blog, you’ll recognize about half of these wonderful people. But if not, let me just quickly tell you how much of a blessing this family is. Two of David and I’s closest friends from college are Mark and Maddy Edwards. They both have been this clear example of the Lord’s love to us and we really treasure their friendship. We were in each other’s weddings and we know that they are friends for eternity, no matter where God leads us in life. Mark has two older brothers, one of which, Jake, is our director for our job with Cru! This is just a group of wonderful people who love the Lord fearlessly. John and Kim are some of the most loving grandparents I’ve ever seen! I’ve only met Tommy and Carrie once, at Mark and Maddy’s wedding years ago, but they feel like old friends. They are just the type of family that makes you feel welcome and that you want to be around!
So of course, I had a blast taking their family photos! The whole Edwards family has so much personality and it was a privilege to capture that. Also it was super fun. All together, there are eight children, all of which are gorgeous. Seriously, Edwards kids are known for just being adorable.
