This post is LONG overdue. Eek, I took a trip to Sinkland Farms for a besties birthday like a month and a half ago and I finally got around to them! Personal photos tend to fall by the wayside compared to work and myriads of engagement and family sessions! So here I am, mid November blogging about a very townie october tradition. Sinkland Farms!
So, this name probably sounds super familiar…one, because it is super cute and fun to visit. two, because i’ve done a thousand and one session there. and three, because David and I got married there! Safe to say, this is a really special place to us and I associate a ton of really good memories with this little farm out in Riner, VA. Also I love being able to show off the less glamorous wedding parts of the farm….like the wooden cows everywhere. Every year, Sinkland hosts a pumpkin patch, cornfield, basically farm extravaganza, and this year we went for my friend Krysta’s birthday!
I’m sharing today because this is a STAPLE for townies in October. Forreal, if you haven’t been to Sinkland Farms then what. are. you. doing.
Also…because I love cows :] Enjoy!
So this was BEFORE Neville…as you can see, we already had puppy fever.
why.
Just milking a fake cow.
My friends are cute :]
Yep…two pictures of me milking the fake cow. And YES that is a little child in front of me, waiting his turn patiently.
