I am not a spontaneous person. So when that occasional bug of spontaneity that says “I want to do something crazy, and I want to do it right now” I get a little overwhelmed. During the massive snow last week, when work and school and everything was cancelled, that’s exactly what happened. I had to shoot some portraits in the snow…HAD TO! Or I was gonna die. That’s what it felt like at least. Did I mention I’m a little dramatic?
Anyways, luckily, I have some friends that indulge the crazy sometimes. Beth and Danni responded to my frantic facebook status immediately and then I got a little concerned I was being TOO crazy, but they assured me I was not. Now of course, we were snowed in, the cars could not be moved. So the game plan was this….walk down Wadsworth Street until we find each other…and then we would shoot some portraits. So while I was bundled up in sweatpants and looking real insane, Beth and Danni got dolled up and looked super cute to walk through the snow.
Beth and Danni, thank you SO much for allowing me to be a little psycho. Thank you for climbing through the snow and laughing with me. I had a blast and I hope you like your portraits you beautiful people.
Beth. Shoot, girl.
Danni and Beth are roommates, so there was the added advantage that they were making each other laugh and also yelling YOU LOOK SO HOT to encourage each other.
Ahhhh, Danni. You are so gorgeous!
So cute. One of my favs for sure.
Best. Laugh. Ever.
And I could not resist showing you a couple outtakes. Aka Beth waving to people on the street…since this abandoned building is on a main road.
