There are not many brides who would want to stage a proposal during their reception! But Joy is just not “any” bride. For months she’s been sharing little details about her wedding and by FAR the one she was most excited about, was her brother Jeffrey’s proposal to his girlfriend Jett. From the beginning, I felt SO thankful to be apart of this celebration. It was a joyous time for the Estienne family, with their oldest getting married and youngest asking for forever.

Joy’s eyes lit up every time she talked about Jett being brought into the family and she laughed every time she insisted that Jett had no idea what was coming. Shortly after the formal dances during the reception, Joy invited her brother onto the dance floor for a special Brother Sister Dance. And everyone gathered around, Jett was pushed to the very front of the crowd so she could watch her man dance with his sister. She had no idea what would happen next.

Joy was all smiles while she danced with her brother!

And Jett and Luke, Joy’s new husband, looked on.

And here’s Luke dragging Jett out on to the dance floor.

The music changed and there was total calm right before Jeffrey dropped to one knee.
