Andrew and Monica met freshman year of college. In a time of uncertainty and new beginnings, they quickly found each other. And they’ve been happy together ever since! They’ve gotten to grow up and change together. Enter the real world. And now, they’re starting a new adventure :] I’ve got a soft spot for college sweethearts (because I can relate :]), and it was so, so sweet to see how life had carried these two through to now. And after experiencing that newlywed bliss for a bit, they’ve decided to put all of their practice caring for a puppy to work! They’ve got a little one getting added to their family next Spring!!
Spending time with couples who are expecting holds so much more weight now. I know the feeling of excitement, terror, and anticipation all too well :] After all, we were in that same place this time last year! So as Andrew and Monica smiled and laughed together, and snuggled close in each other’s arms, I got to see a glimpse into their future. Right now, it’s the two of them and their sweet pup, but soon, everything is going to change! And the right now, the season of excitement and preparation is something to treasure.
