Ellen was running late for their first date, so she texted Aaron and he simply replied, “A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.” A quote from one of their favorite books. And to paraphrase Ellen’s vows to Aaron, “and here we are, precisely where we meant to be.” Years late and it was finally the day they’d be married. There was a calm throughout the day because these two had already built a life together, they had already proven and tested their commitment to each other. And so many in attendance knew them as a pair, just as much as they did separately. None of that stopped Aaron from tearing up during the first look though. In all of the calm and confidence of the day, there was still a feeling of finally, yes.

Guests came from all over the world to celebrate the new Mr and Mrs Beck! And what a celebration it was! The ceremony was short and sweet, but so meaningful. With Aaron’s mother reading a poem in both Swedish and English about being built together like a house. The couple entered the reception with all of their guests on the dance floor and followed that up by the most fun and affirming toasts you’ve ever heard! There was no doubt in anyone’s mind that Aaron and Ellen should be together for the rest of their lives. The dancing went late into the night, groups of friends shifting in between cocktails and dancing and then sending Aaron and Ellen off into the sparkler filled night! It was a dream day with so much thought behind every detail!

Aaron and Ellen, we’re so thankful that this last wedding of 2018 was yours! We couldn’t have imagined a more relaxed and fun day! Cheers to your first married holiday season!
