Andrew and Amory met over a decade ago! But almost four years ago, when Amory saw a cute guy out on New Years Eve, she had no idea it was the same guy she’d met so many years ago. It was one of those spotting each other across a crowded bar scenarios, catching each others’ eyes, but never anything further than that. And then Amory received a message the next morning from Andrew, and something started there. Andrew moved away shortly after this exchange, and insists that there wasn’t a Friday night that he didn’t get a text from Amory, wondering what he was up to. She was hooked! And eventually, it clicked! And just a short couple years later, Andrew was proposing on the beach at sunset. And it was an easy and obvious yes from Amory!
These two are so special together. I’ve known Amory for several years now, and I’ve never seen her eyes light up the way they do when she’s with Andrew! He had us laughing the entire session, either from little quips inserted into their dating story or the small things he’d say just to get an eye roll or a laugh out of Amory. It’s super clear that Andrew’s going to make her life so fun! The four of us wandered around Carvin’s Cove, taking in the beautiful October day and exchanging stories. Andrew and Amory have an easy rhythm together, and exploring the park was a dream for that very reason. Time went too quickly and suddenly we were standing on the side of the mountain as the sun was setting, realizing that we won’t get to do this again until August! Here’s hoping it comes quickly :]
Andrew and Amory, we’re SO thrilled for you! Who could’ve foreseen all the little doors that had to open and close to get you guys together, but thank goodness they did! Can’t wait to celebrate you guys next year!!
